Product for 3D printer
18 USD There are two enclosures of different sizes (for understanding, we will call them ENCLOSURE1 and ENCLOSURE2). Each enclosure has mounting holes. It is assumed that a microchip will be attached to these holes. However, it was designed for the mounting holes of ENCLOSURE 1. But there is not enough space there, so it has been decided that it will be mounted in ENCLOSURE 2. Therefore, I need a product for 3D printing on the BAMBU LAB printer, which will be attached to the mounting holes of the larger ENCLOSURE 2 and will have mounting holes that correspond to the dimensions of ENCLOSURE 1. Thus, the microchip is attached to this "gasket" and then secured to the larger mounting holes of ENCLOSURE 2. The gasket should have a 5 mm elevation at the attachment points on ENCLOSURE 2.
Additional requirements:
1. There is no point in making the gasket monolithic. A waste of material. It may be sufficient to have the outline of a rectangle with crossed ribs inside for stability.
2. There should be threads at the attachment points on the gasket.
3. There are protrusions on ENCLOSURE 2 that are not shown in the diagram. I added a photo and outlined them in red for understanding. (Enclosure 2. Cable entry Protrusions)
4. Currently, the microchip is attached to one mounting hole. The gasket needs to account for a 5 mm downward and 10 mm right offset for the board (I am adding a photo Enclosure 2. Offset)
I am also attaching a conditional view of the product for better understanding. Under number 1 are the holes of ENCLOSURE 2, and under number 2 are the holes of ENCLOSURE 1.
