у вас всегда должна быть копия сайта. Я имею ввиду надо скачать все файлы. У вас должна быть скаченная копия сайта. Если таковая есть то просто удалите что есть и загрузите с копии. Если нет то когда настроите обязательно скачайте, лучше это делать по ftp. Если нет то зайдите в админку "Внешний вид" - "Тема"или же "Настройки". Посмотрите какая сейчас тема активная. Самый фундаментальный вариант. Сработает на все 100. На хостинге напишите в службу поддержки. Скажите мол сайт после обновления не работает, пусть они вернут прежнюю версию с бэкапа. Скажите примерную дату когда это всё произошло и пусть они вернут что было до этого. На будущее. Если обновление сайта ненужно и даже нежелательно и вообще тогда в корне сайта найдите файл wp-config.php и добавьте туда
