Virtual Assistant for Travel Business Partner Outreach
We are a premium travel company coordinating high-end journeys into Ukraine. We are looking for a reliable and professional administrative assistant to support partner outreach and coordination.
Main Responsibilities
• Contact hotels, transport companies, tour providers, and train ticket agents in Ukraine and Poland
• Identify reliable train ticket agents who can provide early and fast booking of Ukraine-bound train tickets
• Communicate via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Viber
• Introduce our company and explore potential partnerships
• Request pricing, availability, and service details
• Confirm booking processes, including how early tickets can be secured
• Record all information clearly in Excel (contact details, notes, status)
• Follow up with companies where required
Requirements
• Strong English communication (spoken and written)
• Ukrainian or Russian language is highly preferred
• Confident making phone calls and speaking professionally
• Organised and detail-focused
• Able to work independently and report progress
Project Details
• Initial task-based project (with potential for ongoing work)
• Approx. 2–4 hours per day to start
• Flexible working hours
• Remote position

We are looking for someone professional, reliable, and confident in communicating with businesses. This role is important in building long-term partnerships, so attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
Rate & Payment:
• $15/hour x 10hours.
• Payment via Freelancehunt Safe (secure onsite reservation system)
(This assignment is a fixed, short-term contract (10 hours over 7 days) for the completion of the defined scope only. There is no obligation or guarantee of ongoing work beyond this task. However, strong performance will be considered for future assignments as project needs develop.)
