Create a new simulation of the same book, only with a different caption in Hebrew. At the front of the book + the side of the book .( Marked in yellow)
Create an image of this book open, and on its first page a caption in Hebrew (a page with a design similar to the page we want is attached).

As far as I understand you need just 2 projections of this book. The first one is the same but with different caption, the other one - is open book on its first page. You don't need 360 degree 3D-model of it.
So, I can to do it for you for the sum less enough than other's.
