Можно достаточно быстро, точно, качественно сделать 3d-модель и визуализацию в Archicad. Но если нужна визуализация фото-качества, видео-ролик или что-то еще... понадобится экспорт в Cinema4d, например, и доработка там. А это уже другие сроки и цены...
