Какой объем работы у вас в будущем? Если 1 кабельный канал и переходники, то нет смысла выбирать на конкурсной основе.
Если вы хотите работать с исполнителем на постоянной основе, то лучше объявляйте конкурс в другом разделе.

Уточняю по поводу конкурса.Конкурс касается дальнейшей работы, данный проект будет полностью оплачен выбранным фрилансерам.Просто в дальнейшем, нам бы хотелось работать с одним фрилансером, а не каждый раз обращаться к новому специалисту

Или мы договариваемся о цене и сроках или ищите более лучшего специалиста. Предложите свою стоимость в проекте, а исполнитель уже будет оценивать - готов ли выполнить за эти деньги.

Sergey Yakovenko 12 November 2018Меня всегда удивляло то, что есть фабрика по производству, а конструктора в штате нет.
Раз это не конкурс и не проект на одного исполнителя, а на несколько, ТО ПРЕДЛАГАЮ: отправить нескольким исполнителям (понравившимся) конкретное задание, зарезервировать средства, получить чертежи, ну и дальше сотрудничать с одним фриланс-конструктором.
Будет предложение мне - почитаю, ознакомлюсь с конкретными требованиями, бюджетом и сроками.
