Зараз виглядає що єдиний отвір збоку, а вуличний фасад, найбільш презентабельний, є повністю глухим, що не є дуже добрим з точки зору сприйняття гостями. Також, приміщення досить велике, чи плануєте всередині також столики для гостей? Якщо кав'ярня працюватиме цілорічно, це треба врахувати. Також треба продумати простір навколо, щоб кав'ярня сприймалась людьми позитивно. На терасі зверху також варто передбачити накриття, щоб був захист від сонця/дощу. Це або стаціонарні навіси, або парасольки, але вони теж формуватимуть загальний вигляд.
Щодо бюджету на проект — це остаточно, чи обговорюється?
