Внедрение BAS УТ 3.2

Торгующая организация. 15чел, 2 магазина, 13тыс. номенклатуры. сейчас учёт ведется в УТ 2.3. Ввиду проблем с контролем дебиторки, планирования закупок, ошибок из-за кривой свертки БД было решено переходить на другую конфигурацию.
Выбор был между BAS УТ и BAS Малий Бізнес. Специалист посоветовал Малий Бізнес, мол она активно дорабатывается разрабами. Начали её пилить под нужды организации. В процессе выяснилось, что УТ подходит больше, специалист очень срывал сроки.
Поэтому обращаюсь к вам. Надо:
1. Перенести уже сделанные доработки из Малий Бизнес в УТ
2. Допилить УТ под нужды бизнеса. (синхронизация с НП, prom.ua, клиент-банк, несколько обработок для выгрузки данных, выгрузка данных в другие конфигурации, загрузка данных из программы tecdoc, подключение телефонии)
3. Перенести данные из УТ 2.3
