SIP-telephony was on UDP, that is, it could only be used through Microsip-type software, and WebRTC, through WebSocket, means TCP traffic (although I am not a specialist, like WebRTC itself means UPD, and TCP is WebSocket, although WebSocket, seems to have started supporting UDP).
Resolved without recompilation of Chromium.
