Доброго дня. До вашої уваги пропонується проект по внутрішньому дизайну таунхаусів. Загальна кількість планів 8. Усі будуть мати одинаковий стиль та завершення.
Деталі завдання:
- Внутрішня візіолізація. Ця частина включає у себе постійну координацію роботи з командою замовника ( архітектор, інженер і тд). Детальне Обговорення кожного етапу. Зустрічі будуть проходити через Zoom або Microsoft Teams
Прошу врахувати те що у зв’язку з різницею у часі, зустрічі будуть проходити між 11 та 3 ночі за Українським часом - Планувальні рішення (розстановка меблів, сантехнічного обладнання, 2-3 варіанти з коригуваннями до погодження із замовником). Замовник буде надавати максимальну інформацію щодо обладнання або ж буде координувати з дизайнером щодо можливості внести найбільш подібного у дизайн.
- Плани зі схемою стель та стін з розміщенням світильників, розеток та вимикачів
- Специфікація та підбір оздоблювальних матеріалів
- Специфікація меблів. Інформація надається замовником і обговорюється з дизайнером на стадії проекту.
- Комплектація (відомість сантехнічного та кухонного обладнання, освітлення, електрофурнітури, опалювальних приладів). Робота у координації з замовником.
- 3D візуалізація приміщень. Коригування до погодження із замовником)
- Можливість проходження приміщень у максимально до реального вигляді.
- Поєднання внутрішньої презентаціі з зовнішньою 3D візіолізацією. Зовнішню візіулізацію вже готова і буде надана.
- Можливість спілкуватись на Англ мові є рекомендованою але не обов’язковою ( не впливає на вибір переможця).
