Internal optimization of the store on Prom.ua

Niche: home textiles, fabrics by the meter (satin, ranforce, flannel, waffle fabric, etc.).
Goal: improvement of internal optimization of the store within the algorithms of Prom.ua (without external SEO for Google), increasing visibility in internal search and ease of product management.
Number of cards 600 +-.

Main tasks

1. Updating product names

   • Revise names according to the format that best indexes on Prom.ua.

   • Update translations in Ukrainian and Russian.

   • The current name:
     "Ranforce fabric 240 cm with heart print on white | Ткань ранфорс 240 см с принтом сердечки на белом"

2. Descriptions and meta tags

   • Review descriptions and change them if necessary, considering the internal algorithms of Prom.ua.

   • Descriptions do not have to be completely unique for each product — a template structure with adaptation to the type of fabric or color is allowed.

3. Product characteristics

   • Check the correctness of the filled characteristics (composition, density, width, color, country of manufacture).

   • Add missing parameters if they are standard for this category.

4. Combining products into variations

   • Review duplicates (same fabric, but different colors or cuts).

   • Combine such products into one card with options (variations).

   • Save all photos and correctly label colors / prints in variations.

5. Discount system

   • Set discounts of 20–50% for promotional products.

   • Create a table (Google Sheets or Excel) for tracking discounts and quick price changes.

   • Ensure a convenient structure for future import into Prom.ua via standard import.

6. Template for updating prices and availability

   • Create a universal template for quick updates of prices and stock (Google Sheets or Excel).

   • Explain how to work with this template (short instruction).

Additionally

• Check the display of categories and the correctness of product linking.

• Review the company profile as well.

Expected result

• Names and descriptions in two languages, clear and optimized for internal search on Prom.ua.

• All products have up-to-date characteristics.

• Combined duplicates into variations.

• Prepared discount table and price update template.

• The store is convenient for further management and updates.
