There is a virtual PBX (VoIP.ms - API documentation https://voip.ms/m/apidocs.php)
Need to set up:
Integration with alteg.io (https://developer.alteg.io/api) (creating a contact when calling, recording the call in the client's card, SMS to the client's card)
Connect VoIP.ms to some chatbot platform (so that SMS are sent through the same number through which calls are made. (currently this can be done through the PBX interface, but it is not convenient) Connect to alteg.io. It is highly desirable to set up a two-way integration, but we will discuss this separately. Here I expect the price for a one-way integration.
Setting up a standard set of notifications to the client (reminder of the appointment, request for feedback, suggestion to book the next visit)
Why it's so complicated: it's a grooming business in America, I need a local number, and all the familiar services only provide New York and Los Angeles. Also, sending SMS through standard services will show a random number that the client cannot call back. I want a person to be able to write a message to the number and if desired, make a call, as with a regular mobile number. At the same time, this communication should not be lost but should be managed and stored in CRM.
