А надо координаты своего же запускаемого ехе файла. А они другие.

Это Form1. Запускается ехе программой, которая и определяет координаты Form1. и ручками тоже.
А вот запускаемая иконка (ярлык) всегда лежит в сетке рабочего стола.
Вот от этой иконки и хотелось узнать координаты в label.
Об этом когда то уже писалось.

Это несколько иное. По ссылке что Вы дали, определяется именно позиция .lnk ярлыка на рабочем столе, тоесть если представить сетку, то на какой позиции сетки находится значек. Иными словами 2-я колонка, 3-й рядок. Вам я так понимаю нужно запустить этот ярлык и после запуска определить координаты его окна где он появился. Верно? Или все же первое?
