    Можно восстановить, если повезёт.
    Попробуйте найти файлы в папках:
    AppData\Local\Temp или AppData\Roaming\Adobe\ .. \AutoRecover, иногда там остаются psd копии, или в формате tmp
    Главное НЕ сохраняйте поверх старого файла!!

    И на будущее обязательно возьмите UPS.
    Даже простая модель даст пару минут, чтобы спокойно сохранить работу при отключении света. Это реально спасает проекты и нервы 😌

    У меня так один раз слетел почти готовый проект на 7 000 гривен. При сохранении вырубили свет. Потом заново создавал проект. Никакие рекавери файлы не помогли.


    Теперь сохраняюсь в двух-трех разных файлах во время работы

    Якщо файл, хоча б  один раз зберігався - відновити можна, але не завжди.  Але бажано не проводити з ним ніяких операцій, це лише ускладнює відновлення.
