Organize the project on Laravel

Part of the logic was transferred from another project, and although links and unnecessary packages have been partially removed, it is necessary to check if there is any leftover code or files.
The project is written in Laravel, deployed in Docker, with a ready CI/CD. Structure:
tables with lists of people and comments;
settings table (admin panel);
API for the front end
What needs to be done:
Changes were made directly in
vendorin one of the libraries — these changes need to be transferred to a custom package or another proper location.Some packages were manually removed from
vendor, but still remain incomposer.json— it is necessary to bring it to the correct state and ensure the ability to remove vendor and proper operation ofcomposer installCheck the operation with assets and custom tags for publication (a couple of packages are used).
Conduct a brief project structure audit to ensure no third-party or unnecessary dependencies remain after copying.
