Installation and editing of the BAS program
Hello!
We are looking for a replacement for 1C for our business and are considering the BAS system. It is important for us to understand whether the Base program will meet the following requirements.
We have a network of three stores operating under different individual entrepreneurs. Each store has a separate computer for sellers (with limited access) and administrators. Currently, we are using 1C, a website on WordPress, and the PRRO WebCheck.
We ask you to answer the following questions:
1. Migration from 1C
• Is it possible to migrate the database (products, clients, orders, stock balances) from 1C?
• What export formats are supported (XML, CSV, JSON, etc.)?
2. Integration with the website (WordPress)
• Is it possible to connect an online store on WordPress?
• Can stock balances and orders be synchronized between the website and the system in real-time?
3. Connecting PRRO
• Does your system support working with PRRO WebCheck?
• Can multiple cash registers be connected for different stores?
4. Order automation
• Is it possible to set up automatic ordering from the supplier when the minimum stock level is reached?
• Can certain products be assigned to specific suppliers?
• Is the uploading of price lists from suppliers and price updates supported?
5. Movement of goods between individual entrepreneurs
• How is the transfer of goods between different individual entrepreneurs organized in your system?
• Can movements be accounted for and relevant documents be issued?
• Is it possible to create one company for all stores but sell products from different individual entrepreneurs?
6. Uploading current prices from Excel
• Does the system support uploading updated product prices from Excel?
• Can prices be automatically updated based on price lists from suppliers?
7. User roles and access
• Can access levels be configured for sellers and administrators?
• Is it possible to restrict sellers' access to only certain data?
8. Working with multiple stores
• Can all stores be managed from one interface?
• How is the accounting of stock balances distributed across different points of sale?
9. Bonus program for regular customers with gradation
10. Cost
• What will be the cost of your system considering the above requirements?
• Are there any additional payments (for updates, support, integration, etc.)?

Залежно від вашої конфігурації, можна навіть оновити 1с до версії бас.
Все що є у вашому списку, можна реалізувати в бас.
