Встроить в самописную (на php) CRM систему очередь для отправки SMS
22 USDИщу исполнителя который знаком с очередями на Laravel, Yii либо ваш вариант реализации надежной очереди на php. Задача встроить в существующий php код передачу в очередь отправки SMS сообщений. Номера телефонов хранятся в базе MySQL. SMS отправляется через простейшее API путем вызова POST или GET запроса. У самого SMS API есть ограничение на отправку отсюда и причина почему нужно использовать очередь.

Здравствуйте, могу предложить свою кандидатуру. Имею 3 года опыт работы на PHP, 2 года на ларавел. Не побоюсь сказать что имею большой опыт работы с очередями и знаком со всеми проблемами которые могут возникнуть при из использовании, самая частая проблема к примеру это переполнение RAM.
