    Сайт писал больной ублюдок, страстно не желавший что бы его базу кто то парсил.
    Такая милось будет как минимум от 1К гривен стоить. И то если база не слишком большая, не больше 2К-3К наименований.

    у них есть на самом сайте возможность скачать базу, может вам стоит переоформить техзадание?
    по идее с подобным справятся и опытные гуру екселя, даже никакой клиент-серверной обвязки не понадобится.
    Пока что ваше ТЗ привлекает только программистов, которые "пошупав" предметную область понимают, что такое счастье им нафиг нужно..

    Скачал каталог оффлайн, могу предоставить дистрибутив заинтересованным лицам. Он тоже работает через веб интерфейс. И я к сожалению не знаю, где может храниться сама база.
