Невозможно составить план не понимаю причин. Как и цену выставить. Это цена за аудит проблемы. Возможно и решение, если что-то мелкое потеряли. Но нужно смотреть на месте.

Срок выполнения как и стоимость зависят от причин попадания писем в папку спам. Если проблема в настройках dns, то выполнение займет около 3х рабочих дней. Если домен в блек-листах, то от 3х месяцев.

Домен дайте.
Смотря куда попали. Может, через две недели автоматом выйдет, а может через 6 месяцев при постоянной письменной долбежке, а может придется менять домен. В любом случае, чем раньше остановите рассылку с этого домена, тем будет легче его вытаскивать.
