We are looking for professional Web Designer to join our Product Management Department and make huge impact on our own product development and implementation.
Responsibility:
- Create Landing Pages and Sales Pages design
- Create Personas, User Stories, User Flow, Sitemap, Wireframes, Prototypes, User Interactions, and Design Production
- Create powerful emotional impact with design
- Prepare a design for a development production
- Implement data-driven edits as a result of tests
- Create design libraries, automate and improve workflow
- Work close with CPO, developers, and marketers
Required Skills:
- High empathy level
- Understanding of behaviour patterns
- User psychology understanding and manipulating
- Understanding of Dark UI / UX patterns
- Web Design Guidelines knowledge
- User Flow
- Wire-framing
- Prototyping
- Usability Testing
- Sitemap
- Emotional Marketing design
- Web and Mobile Design experience ( >3 years )
- Knowledge of Fintech will be a huge plus

Figma, Sketch, Miro

- You have a high empathy level and understand how can you direct users with design to reach better UX, higher CRO, and more Leads
- You know how to create high converting user flow, highlight selling points, understand UX and dark UI/UX patterns
- You clear understand web and mobile design guidelines

- You’re passioned with product creation, have many ideas and don’t afraid to experiment
- You can wrap up any product in design
- You are passioned with psychology research, user experience and know who is Don Norman 🙂
