Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality, functionality, and performance of web applications and websites.
- Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional testing, regression testing, and usability testing, to identify and report bugs and issues.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows and practices.
- Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in QA and web development to inform testing strategies and approaches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in QA testing and web development, with a strong understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, WebDriver, or Cypress.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including agile/scrum, and experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot issues in web applications and websites.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
