There is a need to develop a WhatsApp bot.
Critical tasks:
1. Sending orders
That is, the bot literally just sends the information generated in the Google Sheets document.
2. Add or remove assortment
That is, adjust the data in the database (in understandable places)
3. Supplementing orders
The user should be able to ask the bot to order a product.
The bot should check the availability of such a product in stock and clarify whether it needs to be ordered if it is available.
Also, check the availability of such a product in the database. If not, suggest adding it to the assortment and the order.
4. Create links between chat - Google Sheets document - supplier.
The current data storage structure is as follows:
- one client (salon or store) - one Google Sheets document
- the document contains a list of suppliers to whom the order is sent.
The chat is a combination of the document and the supplier (row in the document).
Ideally, of course, to attach a friendly interface, like ChatGPT. I don't know how feasible that is.
