In fact, 20+9 is not a unique event. 20 you get from the browser pixel, and 9 from the server. When the server events are set up, there is a deduplication. One event is sent from the pixel and one from the server. And if these events go together, the event from the server is deleted, but is recorded in the event report.
Standard plugins don’t always work well. All of this can be set manually through GTM or third-party plugins.
