We need a skilled WordPress developer to create a new WordPress installation for our agency website (we just need a setup that we can review and then order content migration or create new content if we decide so):
• Install and configure a template similar to a standard multi-page website for a service company, including testimonials, portfolio, services, about us, blog, email subscription for the blog, and featured posts on the homepage. The template should have a mega menu accessible from a burger menu icon. Additionally, create a dedicated contact page that displays our agency's addresses and includes a contact form for visitors to send inquiries.

• While we don't require a custom design at this stage, we prefer a visually appealing and polished template that is well-supported and functional (we will provide a few templates we like or you can offer your options based on the requirements)

• The chosen template should support effective SEO optimization techniques for better search engine visibility.
Extra:
Help to set it up in a way that we have staging and production as well as simple version control (can roll back to the previous version/database). Ideally supported by hosting (e.g. site ground).
Suggest an A/B testing platform to be used with this website, including at least one test.
Implement an email subscription form for visitors to sign up for our mailing list. (Please suggest a suitable email subscription software for integration).
Enable social media sharing options for blog posts, allowing users to easily share content on various platforms.
Configure the contact form to send email notifications for inquiries or, ideally, integrate it with Zoho CRM for streamlined management of customer data.
