WordPress - page programming according to the design

You need to convert the page according to the design in Figma
All fields present in the layout are represented as ACF fields for a custom post type in WordPress.
The logic will be such that on the frontend, only filled fields for a specific post are displayed.
Requirements:
1. Do not use Elementor. The goal is to have less code on the page. To make it as clean and fast as possible.
2. Add Schema markup according to the files (they differ only by product type - this can be understood from the ACF field).
3. As I understand, it should not only be frontend, but also include some backend logic.
I am also attaching a PDF showing how the custom post editing page currently looks - so that the freelancer understands how this page and the ACF fields look now.
Important - the budget is proposed by the freelancer. I do not answer questions like "What is your budget".
