On a multilingual website (2 languages), when editing the footer, the following problems occurred
1) The footer was duplicated https://prnt.sc/tO_RQaq8UDQg
Accordingly, on the German version, one should remain, and on the English version, the German version should be deleted (leave the English).
2) On both versions - the header menu disappeared > https://prnt.sc/Chf359yehrpn
It is necessary to restore the main + (was with translation into German) on the English version
