Эту возможность делали но так и не доделали.
Нужна возможность смены языка без базы данных. все переводы хранить в файле.
добавить в любой место простой выпадающий список с выбором языка.
Дальше добавлять в зависимоcти от языка префикс в url. и до смены языка что бы сайт работал на выбранном языке.
Все места переводить не нужно достаточно настроить возможность перевода и показать как изменять тексты. дальше сами добавим все переводы во все нужные места.
Дать список измененных файлов.
Только для backend. фронт работает, его трогать не нужно
