Что именно обновлять раз в сутки? Загрузка с olx - одноразовая (для "синхронизации"). В обратном направлении - после изменения свойств товара.

нужно:
1) добавлять новые обьявления по товарам, которые добавились в течении суток
2) обновлять: ЦЕНУ
3) обновлять: название, описание, фото (на тот случай если обьявления добавились с не полными данными)

Это можно и без крона сделать, я выше писал об этом. Ждать 12 часов, чтобы обновить цену, которую только что ввели - глупо.
