I have a consulting agreement with the company XXX LTD, under which I received compensation in the form of stock options instead of payment. The agreement includes an option scheme, and the CFA of this company confirmed my right to these options.
However, despite numerous requests, I have faced delays and a lack of clear information regarding the full scope of investment rounds and the process of exercising my options.

I requested official confirmation of the cancellation of all investment rounds, not just the Crowdcube round he refers to (there is also no information about the cancellation of the round on the Crowdcube website).
He continues to refer only to Crowdcube and has not provided any information confirming the cancellation of significantly broader investments.
Meanwhile, I found his company on Crunchbase, and it shows that the amount has been raised.
There may have been a cancellation on Crowdcube, although he raised the full required amount there, as he constantly refers to it, and an official request needs to be made. But he is silent about other platforms and channels through which he raised three times more (he himself let it slip, there are screenshots of the correspondence).
Lack of response: despite numerous follow-up emails and setting deadlines for a response, he constantly postponed communication. We have been communicating for about a year. When he does respond, the answer is incomplete or ignores important parts of my request.
Current status: when several key issues became pressing, and he continued to ignore responses, I suggested to him that I would have to turn to a lawyer now if we could not resolve it ourselves.
He agreed and said he would even help me, sarcastically.
Therefore, I am seeking legal assistance to resolve this issue and protect my rights under the agreements, obtaining the necessary compensation for the shares I am entitled to.
