It's more difficult with channels; if you need to collect requests to join a channel where you are the admin, it's easy to gather them.

If you need to collect a channel where you are not the admin, then you can only gather people from the group of the channel. Or from the comments (Discussions)

For a classic channel where you are the admin, it's unrealistic to gather completely; it yields about 200 users of the channel. If the channel has Discussions, it's easy to gather all users.

I also advised not to use CSV/Excel directly but to collect in SQL Lite at least. Because with a large amount of parsing from 5000, the efficiency drops significantly if collecting data in CSV/Excel. If needed, SQL Lite can be converted into an xlsx file. It can also be edited through editors like Excel.

Another important point, if you need to write messages to people, you will need to additionally collect api_hash for the possibility of sending messages.
