Create two versions of each clip:
1. In Hebrew (original)

Format — strictly vertical (9:16), preferably without black bars.
Minimal editing: it is allowed to trim pauses, add zoom, and highlight important elements that the presenter mentions in the visible part of the screen in the reel.

Output:

All clips into which the video is divided (about 30 or more — depending on duration).
For each clip — 2 versions (Hebrew + Russian with caption).

If you also know how to add subtitles — that will be a plus.
