Then record them on a CD/DVD bulvan.
The program must contain an indicator of recording. Start the recording button. the amount of recorded data. Select CD/DVD/USB Flash, select the letter of the disk

Добрый день! Какие сроки проекта? Могу все это реализовать, единственное это запись на Cd/Dvd - с этим не сталкивался и не уверен что стандартные методы записи сработают. И еще вопрос: обязательно консоль? Просто в WinForms гораздо удобнее организовать выбор файлов/папок для чтения и записи.

Стандартные записи не пойдут, там нужно использоваться api.

то вызываться она будет
program.exe "\\server23\shared\disk15"
и должна будет записать все, что находится в папке \\server23\shared\disk15
