Возможно отчасти ) но это больше по специальности веб-дизайнера или адекватного веб-разработчика с использованием шаблона или тому подобных элементов.

Классическая лендинг пейдж, с минимальной перегруженностью графикой. Все по делу, четкая дифференциация товара. Ничего не мешает, нет ничего лишнего. Ознакомившись с содержимым, сразу захотелось купить предлагаемые наушники.
Форма заказа там, где она и должна быть - наверху и дублируется внизу для тех, кто дочитал страницу до конца.
Единственное, что можно было бы добавить - ссылки вверху страницы, ("Заказать", "Отзывы", "Как мы работаем", "Подключение".) ведущие на соответствующие блоки информации. Но их можно добавить и без редизайна. Тогда можно было убрать из шапки сайта форму заказа, сделав ее всплывающей.
Вряд ли, проведя редизайн сайта, получится улучшения юзабилити сайта. Как говорится, лучшее - враг хорошего.
По большому счету, грамотно настроенная рекламная компания для этой лендинг пейдж сможет обеспечить хорошую цену конверсий. Предполагаю, где-то в районе до 20-30 грн. -
Если возле избушки из г***а поставить зазывалу в деловом костюме, это не улучшить посещаемость избушки. В данном случае начинка есть, а обёртка не очень. Что бы вы не делали это провальный проект изначально, потому что фундамент не тот.
