The software is running and currently working, but for some reason, it is not storing data in JSON.
Here is what the old developer left:
1. Create a new file config-cities.json.
2. The file should contain configuration for City 1 and City 2, which needs to be provided.
3. Install Python on Windows (everything should already be there, as it seems to be running).
4. Resolve any possible errors when executing commands.
5. Run annunci.py for City 1 and City 2.
6. Run excel.py.
7. Run delta.py.
8. Run classifica.py.
What will help: create two folders se-app, one for City 1 and one for City 2, with config.json for each of them. Then you will have folders files for City 1 and folders files for City 2.
