The task is clear: a dynamic background for an LED screen at a dance concert. Working with the stage space requires special technical hygiene to ensure the graphics look grand and do not interfere with the dancers' performance.
I am a professional motion designer (Startfire Studio) and have already created large-scale background systems for big stages (specifically, for 5x3m LED screens in London).
My approach to your background:
1. Clean vector: I will manually transfer the frame-by-frame line animation into After Effects to ensure the outlines are perfect on the large screen, without pixelated edges.
2. 3D Transformation: I will make the logo rotation in the text smooth by adding a volume and glare effect during the rotation.
3. Scene physics (Seamless Loop): I will set up a seamless background. I will separately calibrate the black level so that during dark scenes, the screen on stage remains deep black rather than glowing a dirty gray.
4. Dynamics: I will add ticklish light particles in the background that will react to the tempo of the music.

Can you show what is so important in it that it needs to multiply the budget by 5 times (conditionally) depending on the duration of one cycle (it should be looped) and the total duration of the video? Usually, if it's a background advertisement, they make a maximum of 30 seconds. And if this line is not special at all and instead of it, drawing 6-24 images in one second can just pick something similar (although if it's simple animation, it might not be expensive to make).
