What exactly needs to be done: Independently gather a "hot" database (monitor OLX.pl, Pracuj.pl websites and find companies that are currently looking for any builders). Make calls, bypass secretaries, and reach decision-makers directly. Conduct a short dialogue using our script: identify the need (who they currently need on the construction site) and offer to fill it with our candidates on a payment-upon-fact basis. Record "warm" leads (company name, director's name, contact, who specifically they need) in a table and pass it to us. Candidate requirements: Ideal spoken Polish language (correct speech, absence of a pronounced accent — this is critically important for communication with Polish directors). Fluent Russian language (for communication and reporting). Self-confidence, drive, and understanding of the specifics of cold calling in B2B. Working and payment conditions: Fully remote format, calls during Polish office working hours. Payment for results: we pay a fixed bonus for each targeted lead provided (an interested employer ready to hire our people). No earning ceiling.
