Update the design and interface of the game on Unreal Engine 5.5

Task description:
You need to update the game interface design according to the example (photo attached). The design should be modern, user-friendly, and meet the latest UI/UX standards for games.

Main requirements:

1. Main menu:

Create a new main menu interface, adding the following sections:

• Home page – contains current news in the form of a gallery with a brief description.
• Play – has two submenus:
  • Global map
  • Servers
• Inventory
• Store
• Settings

2. Design and UX/UI:

• Implement a modern, intuitive interface.
• Adapt the design to the game's style and consider the provided example.
• Optimize for different screen resolutions.

3. Functionality:

• Implement dynamic news updates in the form of a gallery on the home page.
• Other sections should work according to their purpose (upon prior agreement).

4. Multilingual support:

• Create a system for translating all menus into other languages (ability to add new languages in the future).
• Add a language change feature in Settings.

Technical requirements:

• Engine: Unreal Engine 5.5
• Development language: Blueprints or C++ (by agreement)
• Localization support through Unreal Localization System

Additionally:

• If there are questions or the need for adjustments – agree on details before making changes.
• Regularly report on completed stages of work.
