Create a photo parser in Python
Develop a parser for automatic downloading of photos from (https://inventoryv2.copart.io/v1/lotImages/{lotId}), converting them to WebP format, and creating a ZIP archive for user download.

Photo Parsing
Get JSON response from the provided link.
Extract all photo URLs (
.jpg,.png, or others).Ensure bypassing blocks:

Photo Processing
Download all photos.
Convert to WebP format with quality ~85%.

Create a ZIP archive.

The archive is returned to the user as a response (
