This work was truly a pleasure. Erika explained the task, all wishes were discussed, and she provided a link to a website for familiarization with examples of other products. Besides this, it is simply very pleasant to work with such nice materials and in such a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you, Erika, for this project and for the friendly and professional communication. I would gladly take on new projects if needed, but I also recommend collaboration to others.

The collaboration started off seemingly normal. Irina (the intermediary) filled out the brief and we discussed the terms of cooperation. After I provided my concepts, the client expressed admiration for 2 out of the 5 concepts I provided (I made 5, although we agreed on 3). Then, for days, she did not get in touch, ignoring some established norms of business communication. It turned out that her client "has problems with abstract thinking, so it was difficult for her to work with him," and therefore Irina suggested that I carry out a redesign of the logo, spending additional time and effort on my part, which we had not agreed upon at all. After refusing and pointing out the previous agreements to this person, I received outright rudeness in response.

I do not recommend Irina as a polite and responsible client for collaboration. She is categorically not such. However, for the sake of fairness, it is worth noting that the project was completed after several extensions of deadlines, and I did receive payment.

As always, the collaboration is as comfortable as possible, the client is very polite and pleasant to communicate with, always providing more than enough time for work, not demanding results "for yesterday," and also, on her part, does everything possible to facilitate the successful completion of the work. I recommend working together!

Everything is fine - in personal communication with Viktor, we clarified the essence of the task (the client made a slight mistake in the title and description of the project, as the problem was not with Google Ads and not with the verification of the Google Ads company owner, but with the need to re-confirm the company profile in Google My Business). Viktor patiently prepared scanned copies of all necessary documents and photographs of the location of the roller school, then we together filled out the support request form for Google Maps and on the fifth day received a letter about the successful status of the verification of the company's Google profile. I recommend!
