16 days I "struggled" with a project that turned out to be beyond my capabilities. The task: comprehensive automation of driver onboarding. And I got stuck. Stuck trying to tame chaotic data that did not fit into any logic.
I also have to say that working with Nikita was exceptionally productive. He set a complex and interesting task, but most importantly, demonstrated a deep understanding of his business needs. His willingness to engage in dialogue to find the best solution, when I faced technical difficulties, deserves respect. This is a client who is a true partner in the project. I am not satisfied with the collaboration, and here is why:
Firstly, slow communication. I had to wait 2-3 days for a response. A project that could have been completed in 2-3 days took more than 2 weeks.
Secondly, unclear technical specifications. I waited 3 days initially for the necessary materials and references to be sent. I made it according to the references, but the client did not like the result - she sent a new reference, and, in fact, I had to make another video.
In summary, I do not recommend working with Anna.
