I categorically do not recommend this client for collaboration. During the work process, the terms of reference and references changed repeatedly, which led to constant new revisions and additional requirements. After completing some changes, the client later requested new ones that were not initially discussed and were not part of the scope of work. Many additional tasks were expected without extra payment. The collaboration turned out to be complicated due to the lack of clear adherence to the original terms of reference. And everyone wants something for nothing. I would also like to note that payment remained blocked in escrow for over a week, which unjustifiably delayed the receipt of earned funds. Overall, the collaboration was accompanied by a constant expansion of the scope of work without corresponding additional payment and a lack of clear adherence to the original agreements. After completing the work, I reviewed the feedback from other contractors and found similar comments regarding constant revisions, changing requirements, and delays in the process. This only confirmed my impression of this collaboration.

I worked with Vadim on Bazoš Publisher — a desktop application for Windows for automatic publishing and rotation of ads on Bazoš.sk. The project evolved from a simple MVP into a full-fledged tool: importing and two-way synchronization of products from Excel, multi-account publishing with automatic rotation and re-publishing, photo uploads, a queue with pause/stop, group schedules (round-robin + intervals), monitoring live ads, auto-backup of the database, and careful anti-detect logic to ensure accounts last long.

I would like to highlight Vadim as a client: clear technical specifications, very specific feedback from him and his manager, real testing on live data, and quick responses to every question. Thanks to this, we went through more than a dozen iterations, polished every detail, and brought the product to a stable state (270+ automated tests, all green). Payment was on time and without questions.
