Initially, one scope of work was described according to the assignment, but during the process, the scope of work increased. The client communicated from the position of "he is the boss," while the freelancer was his "protégé/slave," with disrespectful, offensive communication from the client, which does not contribute to constructive cooperation. Later, after the project was closed, he called me on Telegram at 00:00 midnight and sent a bunch of SMS messages demanding revisions immediately, which violates personal boundaries and working hours. After my response that I was sleeping at night, the client stated that I should be available 24/7 — which, to put it mildly, is unreasonable. Immediately, insults and threats followed, including a statement about returning the payment through the platform. The project was paid symbolically, considering that the scope of work increased during the process. At the same time, the client showed greed and a desire to get more for two cents, and a lack of basic respect for the performer.
