There are some difficulties with the client, to be honest. At first, as always, everything seemed fine, but the more you collaborate, the more questions arise. The approach is very unstable — constant changes in plans, uncertainty, and this is accompanied by constant messages at 10 PM and on weekends. Many questions, and when answers appear, it feels like even more explanations or clarifications were needed.
I can't say that I haven't worked with full attention, but sometimes it seems that the work is not properly appreciated. We have achieved improvements across all metrics, but the recommendations I provided somehow went unnoticed. She is trying to implement changes, but sometimes it seems that her desires are not clearly formulated, so the result does not always meet expectations.
Sometimes it feels like the same situation repeats itself — you don't quite understand what is needed, and then questions arise about why I am not paying more attention. This is very difficult because the more you try to explain, the more requests come, and the result is not always clear in the end.
For example, there are moments when edits are given on the principle of "left instead of right," and this causes some misunderstanding. I understand that this may just be a moment of mixed instructions, but when it repeats — it becomes harder to maintain balance.
Of course, I understand that a lot of time is spent on communication and editing, and although I try to fulfill all obligations, sometimes it goes beyond the time I planned to spend. But still, I think that the duties were fulfilled, albeit not without significant effort.
Overall, whether to work or not is a question that requires a well-considered decision.
