During the collaboration with the client, certain misunderstandings arose. I assessed one scope of work, while the client expected another. Because of this, he insisted on performing an additional task for free, to which I refused and suggested evaluating and implementing it separately. This did not suit him, and he even considered the possibility of terminating the collaboration without payment, justifying this by claiming that my work was supposedly done poorly.
However, the only complaint concerned a specific point that was implemented exactly according to the design. Despite this, I was willing to make changes according to his wishes, but he no longer wanted to continue the collaboration.
I tried to negotiate, but the client did not respond to messages. Eventually, he did get in touch, and we agreed to discuss it in the evening, but it never happened. As a result, he closed the task before our scheduled meeting with payment and left feedback.
It seems that we really had a misunderstanding, but I am grateful to the client for still paying for my work.
