It turned out that the example was not an example at all, but a prototype, and it was necessary to reproduce the infographic strictly according to the prototype, taking into account the placement of the rulers. I executed it strictly according to the prototype - in response, I received that strictly was not needed, but it should be "bright"... okay, I made changes to the color palette - in response, I received that color options were not needed, a different structure was needed.

You propose another option - in response: "Maybe there are other options?". The client does not even know what they want. Each subsequent message contradicts the previous one. After another attempt to find out about making some specific change, the client silently accepted the order. Sorry, but the order resembles a game of "hot-cold" more than something serious. Either specify the requirements more clearly, or rely on the specialist's experience.

There were no particular problems with the project, the client eventually accepted the work and quickly reserved the funds. However, I cannot call this collaboration pleasant. The client poorly formulates tasks, it seems a lot of text is written, but it is difficult to identify what final result he is expecting. There is no dialogue in the correspondence, he writes in short phrases. He does not provide feedback on the completed work, I have to ask several times if he is satisfied with the result. Overall, there is some disrespect for someone else's work and time. Our dialogue ended with the client seemingly wanting to continue working with me on future projects, but he suggested communicating via Telegram, justifying this by saying that it is difficult for him to pay a very high service fee (by the way, "high" fee is 9% of 1000 UAH, which is 90 UAH). It's a pity that it is like this, as the project is interesting in principle and I would be happy to continue working, but not under conditions of lack of dialogue and protection for my already low payment.

During the second project, it became difficult to collaborate; the client set different deadlines and amounts of work, and in the end, noted that I worked for a long time because I prepared more than was needed. At that point, the collaboration ended, the work was not accepted, and after three requests to send a card for a refund, they refused. Overall, the person is good, just need to clarify everything several times to please them and be prepared for a large number of revisions.

Very interesting project and comfortable collaboration - all necessary data, clarifications, communication - everything is very prompt and understanding, even despite the fact that the deadlines turned out to be longer than expected at the beginning.
