We changed the concept of the parser a bit: instead of a table that parsed products, we switched everything to a panel that does the same thing. The table is not very logical because it will eventually run out, and you still need a UI where you need to modify this table. It takes three days to write the panel, and everything else would just be the table itself.

The client has an assistant with whom everything can be discussed, and she checks everything. It's quite a good bonus because she acted as a tester, relieving me of some workload since the project has dragged on a bit — I underestimated the complexity of the project a bit. I am more used to working hourly, where you don't have to guess how long it will take to do this or that.

Pros of the client:

Cons of the client:
- Does not delve into the project.
- Does not appear online often.
- Need to communicate via phone or voice.
- Need to communicate in Viber — I don't really like this messenger, it's a bit outdated and inconvenient. It's more pleasant in Telegram.

We agreed with the client on supporting the parser after the project due to micro-bugs that are quite difficult to test because products are parsed once a day. This means that you need to look for a bug once a day and then fix it, and so on every day. The assistant handles this.

Well, in principle, it's quite a large company, they could have paid a bit more. But okay, I set the budget and so on. You can work with the client, but a detailed technical specification is needed, and more communication with the assistant is required. The assistant responds quite quickly to messages, and you can have a dialogue with her regarding the project topic.

One of the most challenging projects of the year.
The requirements for the result changed / were clarified many times.
I had to create the technical specification and write detailed requirements myself, after the first report was submitted (i.e., the work was done for the first time). After that, everything had to be redone a second time.

At the same time, I cannot help but note the friendliness and loyalty of the Client. The communication process was excellent.
I recommend collaborating, but I advise clarifying ALL task details "upfront."
