Collaboration with this client turned out to be quite complicated and unclear. At first, everything was going well: we discussed the project, agreed on the settings, and I completed everything according to the agreement. After the work was finished, the advertising showed good results — the client experienced a significant increase in sales, from 4 to 82 per month. However, a week after the project deadlines, the client unexpectedly expressed dissatisfaction without specifics, referring to a weak product assortment on the website and unconfigured remarketing, even though such points were not mentioned at the beginning.
When we started to sort things out, it turned out that the client did not specify which categories of products were important for promotion and did not provide clear instructions, even though we worked on both specific categories and a general advertising campaign for the entire assortment of the site. As a result, a month of work went by without any complaints, but then claims arose that were difficult to understand and justify. Such inconsistent behavior causes more disappointment than the result of the collaboration itself.
