We worked on implementing email marketing for our online store running on Shopify. The task involved fully setting up the main automated flows through Klaviyo — Welcome Flow, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Winback, with adaptation to our brand.

Anatoliy strictly followed the technical specifications: created all necessary flows using ready-made templates from Klaviyo (everything looked professional and neat). Drafted relevant texts for each email — the tone of communication matched our target audience. When needed, he set up segments and lists for triggers. Properly integrated everything with our Shopify store, tested sending and the functionality of the flows. Additionally, he set up a PopUp for the Welcome Flow — everything works correctly, as intended.

The work was completed on time, without unnecessary questions, and with an understanding of the details, which is very valuable. Communication was quick and clear.
