1004 applications at $1.39 for cars from the USA and Europe
About the project:
Take Auto — a company that deals with importing cars from the USA and Europe. We started with the client literally from scratch: at the beginning, there wasn't even an Instagram page. It was difficult, but these are the challenges I love.
Main tasks:
✓ Launch the first advertising campaigns for a completely new business
✓ Maximize the use of available tools (without a website and the ability to communicate in Direct)
✓ Gather the maximum number of leads for the sales department
Pitfalls:
- The business was at the start without a website — we had no way to collect traffic to a landing page.
- Lack of communication in Direct: the client physically couldn't respond, so we lost another channel for collecting applications.
- Zero presence on social media — we had to not only launch ads but also build the page from scratch simultaneously.
- It was important to quickly test audiences and creatives to eliminate ineffective ones and not "waste" the budget unnecessarily.
What has been done:
I completely built the funnel from scratch. First, I helped set up the Instagram page and provided recommendations on how to manage it so that it not only represented the business but also effectively converted visitors into applications. Next, I focused on advertising campaigns: I tested different audiences, creatives, and approaches to presenting the offer to find the most effective connections. Since the website was still in development, I relied on lead forms that allowed us to collect contacts directly. Simultaneously, I drove traffic to the page to gather the first subscribers and create a trust base.
Results:
* 1004 applications in 2 months at an average cost of $1.39
* Advertising budget for applications — $1,394
* Additionally attracted 1,940 subscribers to the new page at a cost of $610 (cost per subscriber — $0.30)
* As a result, the sales department was fully loaded with work from the first weeks of the launch
This case shows that even from scratch — without a website, without a ready profile, and without Direct communication — it is possible to build a functioning funnel that generates quality leads and immediately brings results to the business.
