Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the website and all related CRM systems, content management, setting up warehouse processes, automating business processes, troubleshooting technical failures.
### **Completed Work**
1. **Order Management and CRM**
- Processed online orders, consulted clients, checked product stock in CRM.
- Fully supported the order cycle: from receipt in CRM to shipment to the client.
- Coordinated the work of the warehouse, accounting, and other departments to fulfill orders.
2. **Content and Website Management (CMS Laravel)**
- Updated and filled product cards (photos, descriptions, prices) through the website admin panel.
- Monitored the correct synchronization of product stock between the warehouse system and CRM.
3. **Process Automation and Integrations**
- Set up and administered Bitrix CRM, Retail CRM, "My Warehouse", AMO CRM.
- Independently wrote triggers in CRM (for example, email notifications about order status).
- Performed integrations between systems using third-party firmware and utilities.
- Optimized business processes, reducing reliance on manual data processing.
4. **Monitoring and Troubleshooting Technical Failures**
- Ensured the uninterrupted operation of automated processes.
- During peak periods (sales, holidays), monitored the synchronization of orders and stock levels.
